Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free for my gallery?

Yes! There are no monthly or annual fees for galleries. No contracts. Shiba generates revenue from a 5% service fee added onto every sale to cover the cost of credit card fees and to run our business.

Does my collector have to pay an extra 5%?

No they don't. At your discretion, you are able to create an offer for collectors where you can cover these costs yourself, add a discount, or even cover shipping costs.

How expensive is shipping?

Shipping costs will vary however Shiba's shipping is very competitive and often times less expensive due to our volume partnerships. Actual costs are dependent on the size and weight of the artwork as well as the distance to the collectors home. At the time of sale, the collector will receive an instant quote so shipping costs are transparent and known at the point of sale.

What do you do with all my data?

You own all your data. We do not share your data with any other galleries and Shiba will not use your data communicate with your collectors. For a full disclosure of how we use your data, you can read our full terms of service.
